Daleside House is a well presented 4 bedroom detached house complete with an enclosed lawned garden ideal for pets or children.
Situated on the edge of the village it offers excellent views across the beautiful Dales countryside and is a haven for keen walkers and ramblers who will have seemingly endless countryside to explore! This scenic village contains an award winning butchers, offering high quality local produce, two pubs and a traditional Fish and Chip shop. The house also gives excellent access to many renowned tourist destinations. |

The village of Kirkby Malzeard is easily accessible from Ripon, and has a shop and two pubs and a tea room. Nearby Ripon has a racecourse, canal basin and cathedral not to mention a variety of restaurants and shops. The elegant spa town of Harrogate offers visitors the fully restored Turkish Baths, famous 'Betty's tearoom' and excellent shopping. A short drive from the house takes you to the ruins of Natural Trust owned Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal, certainly worthy of a day out. Stean Gorge, a spectacular limestone gorge, is ideal for the outdoor enthusiast, with abseiling, rock climbing and canoeing on offer, and Brimham Rocks provides an alternative walk with stunning views across Nidderdale.
Footpath walks can be accessed direct from the door, or the Yorkshire Dales National Park nearby offers more challenging hikes or cycle rides across stunning scenery. Whatever your interests, Daleside House is well placed for exploring everything Yorkshire has to offer.

The house can accommodate up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed and an ensuite shower room, and there is also a double room, a twin room and a single room. The house boasts 3 bathrooms, including one with a feature bath. The house also has a kitchen, a dining room and a living room with comfortable seating for 6, as well as a utility room. The house is well equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and gas-range cooker, as well as oil fired central heating. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer for guests' use, and a cot and highchair can be made available by arrangement. Sky TV is available, there is a radio/CD machine and a DVD player, and a free WiFi network is also accessible. An open log/coal fire keeps the house cosy in winter.

Outside the house is a fully enclosed private garden which is perfect for playing, sunbathing, eating or reading. There is even a BBQ for summer evenings. Beyond the house extends miles and miles of unspoilt countryside. The house is also lucky enough to have a double garage with enough parking space for 6 cars - ideal for a large family!

Bookings are for a minimum stay of three nights.
Further restrictions to minimum stay periods may apply during the summer months and peak times. These prices are all inclusive with no hidden extras. Including bed linen, towels and other consumables such as logs and toiletries. Prices for up to two dogs are also included. A compulsory deposit of 30% will be taken upon confirmation of the booking and the remaining balance will be required 4 weeks before the booking commences.
