The house contains a stunning double height music room complete with Steinway piano. Oak floors throughout are heated by electricity generated by roof panels. Huge south facing windows give views across the orchard and surrounding countryside. Inside it is calm and peaceful with many organic, fairtrade and local textiles and furnishings. It lies next to a small country road, 3 miles from village shops and eating-places. The footpath to the Hills is adjacent. Guests may walk on the farm. In the main house are four double bedrooms. three bath/shower rooms and sofa bed, and in the annexe, one loft bedroom, shower room and a futon bed. Children should be over 8. |

Accommodation in the main house consists of three double-bedded rooms, (two on the ground floor, one upstairs reached by open spiral staircase, and with glorious views from its balcony), all with ensuite facilities, and two further beds in the dressing room (with washbasin),with two single daybeds or one double sofa bed in the library area, separable by screens. There is a downstairs toilet and washbasin in the utility room. Underfloor heating is included when needed. Electric supply is provided by solar panels as well as the grid. Ecological cleaning materials are used throughout and there is no microwave or television. We provide radios and plenty of books and periodicals, a Steinway piano and a guitar! The floors are oak throughout so please bring soft indoor shoes or slippers. Kitchen and dining room catering for up to 10 people look out onto the garden through sliding glass doors, as does the sitting/music room. There is a fireplace with log-burner.

The large garden has numerous places to relax and is adjacent to farm land. There is parking for five cars. It is not suitable for children to play in this country garden without supervision, and we prefer children to be over 8 years old. There is a barbecue and outdoor furniture available for use.

The whole farm is managed for the benefit of wildlife and landscape and to encourage the understanding of our relationship, - physical, spiritual and creative - with the natural world. Here you can dream, study, clarify your essence, perhaps discover more about yourself, and make connections with the land and the people. The main house on the farm has B&B accommodation - there are three very comfortable double bedrooms, two with private bath/shower, and one 'ensuite'. Please enquire for further details and prices.

Deposit on booking with balance payable six weeks before arrival. Prices include all linen and towels, heating and welcome pack of local food. Washing machine and extra sink are available in the attatched garage.
