Details on the area surrounding the property/accommodation
You may well want to stay put in the peace and quiet of the woods for the duration of your holiday, but if you fancy a bit of exploring, there is no shortage of opportunity. You could stay on site and take part in a bushcraft or nature course! There is a golf course a five minute drive away, or if you fancy a boat trip or a spot of fishing then both of those are close by too. There are some fabulous local pubs, one of which is a short walk through the woods. If it’s family trips you’re after then Fishers Farm Park, Amberley working museum, Weald Open Air museum and Bignor Roman villa are all worth a visit. For heritage sites and gardens then head for Petworth house, Leonardslee Lakes and gardens, Losely Park or Cowdray Castle.

What visitors have said about Wildflower Meadow Cabin

Shadow woods is truly a sanctuary and all who work there seem to be such lovely people. Both times I have visited I have arrived at the tale end of a stressful time at work. Within minutes of setting foot or among the trees themselves or perhaps having said hello to old man William I instantly feel revived. I genuinely believe your woodlands have a healing, soothing affect on the soul...Thank you, thank you, thank you!
