We'll happily offer restaurant recommendations (which we'll book on your behalf if you like) From Bawdsey Quay to Sutton Hoo to Orford to Aldeburgh to Southwold to Thorpeness to Snape Maltings to Framlingham to Friday Street Farm Shop to The FarmCafe to the charm of Woodbridge itself, there is so much on offer. Slightly further afield there are stunning walks through the footpaths from Partridge Lodge which one way guide you to the beautiful Boulge Estate. Amble in the other direction and find yourself in Bredfield village itself. In Bredfield there is a fantastic Community shop. It offers a great range of local foods and essentials open from 9am to 12pm except Sundays. Just behind the shop, we have just re-surfaced two tennis courts, which can be played on by guests for a small fee. There are football nets and a young ones play area. Our local pub "The Castle" is a short walk across the footpath to Bredfield Village, it serves good food with a warm welcome. |

Our self catering accommodation comprises of three excellently equipped child friendly facilities, The Farmhouse (sleeps 8), The Granary (sleeps 4) and The Dairy (sleeps 8). We set ourselves the challenge of providing all our self catering facilities with child friendly equipment that we know from our own experiences can lead to heavy and rather bulky packing which would be great to avoid. Each property has a microwave, tumble dryer, pots and pans and cafetiere. We provide cling film, foil, pepper, salt, olive oil, sugar, tea, coffee, toilet rolls, soap, bin liners, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, scouring pads, washing up brush and clothes detergent (to get you started). Most supermarkets will deliver directly to us and many of our guests now have a grocery order delivered on their arrival. There are books (including cookery) in all lets with videos in the Granary and DVD's in both the Farmhouse and the Dairy. Plus the best selection of satellite channels in all.

Our holiday lets are secluded enough to feel freedom and the grounds relaxed enough to have a wander and take in all the wild life, including owls, woodpeckers, kingfishers and deer that inhabit our surroundings. We also have our own fair share of "wonders" from the chickens (with great tasting real eggs for breakfast) and Sugar our petting rabbit (which kids adore spending time with), to our sand covered all purpose court (for football, basketball, badminton), to our boat house and fishing pond where a monster three pound eel was caught last year. (The Pike, however, continues to allude anglers alike). We hope there is something for all.

The Granary is gorgeous and so well-equipped - you have thought of everything. It suited our toddler and six week old baby perfectly. Very stylishly done.

Sarah & Aaran have proved to be incredibly warm, enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts, the Farmhouse was incredibly spacious and offered an excellent variety of baby and child equipment and great indoor and outdoor toys.

'Peaceful' I am normally ready to return home after a week away, but not on this occasion. A wonderful setting, the children have loved the wildlife especially Sugar,Spice and Pushkin. Watching the ducklings and wild rabbits playing. You did the right thing leaving the smoke for this.
