Southwold is a charming north Suffolk seaside town on the Suffolk Heritage Coast. Almost an island, being bounded by the North Sea to the East, by the River Blyth and Southwold harbour to the South-West and by Buss Creek to the North, there is just the one road in to and out of Southwold. With its working lighthouse, beach huts, award-winning pier, busy harbour, cliff top cannon and of course the beach, Southwold is a quintessentially English resort town with lots to see in do, both in the town and the surrounding area. The cottage is just a couple of minutes walk from a variety of pubs and restaurants. |

There is a corner sitting room with wooden floor, woodburning stove, sofa and desk, Hi-Fi, TV with VHS (and young children’s VHS library), dolls house, bBoard games and playing cards. The main sitting room has a woodburning stove, large corner sofa, TV with DVD. The dining room has a large table and 6 chairs, woodburning stove, door leading onto patio and door to downstairs WC. The well equipped kitchen has a large cooker, washer drier, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave etc.
There is a bright corner double bedroom, with 5'' iron bedstead, woodburning stove, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and double aspect. The main double bedroom has an ensuite shower room, 5' iron bedstead, small woodburning stove, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers. The third bedroom has two single beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a bathroom upstairs as well. NB: the stairs are fitted with stairgates.
