The property consists of two double rooms (one ensuite) and two twin-bedded rooms. There are two bathrooms. The house is large and all rooms are very spacious. Two sitting rooms with log fires, one of which has access to the southwest facing patio and garden. Large farmhouse kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, freezer, fridge and laundry facilities. Oil fired central heating for winter months.

The owners will at times be able to offer visits to their working farm which is aproximately 3 miles away from America Lodge.
Interesting and educational for adults and children of all ages. Guests will have a tour of the farm and will have the opportunity to see baby lambs and the Gloucester Old Spot piglets followed by a cream tea in the farmhouse kitchen. This is by arrangement only and those interested should enquire as to the availability on booking.
