Incleborough is a large, family-run classical country house in Norfolk offering families and friends 5 star luxury and special holiday memories. With its fabulous and unique location, wonderful architecture and modern touches, it is the perfect ‘home from home’ and is an idyllic coastal retreat just made for special occasions. The coast is perhaps the jewel in Norfolk's crown and historic harbour villages such as Blakeney, Morston and Brancaster Staithe - with houses of red brick and flint construction - are all waiting to be explored.

The Area Surrounding The Property / Accommodation

There are several expansive sandy beaches nearby - East Runton's is only 300 metres away and there are award-winning blue flag beaches at Cromer and Sheringham. There are superb bird watching opportunities at Cley, Hickling, Holme and Ranworth. The seals at Blakeney Point can be visited by boat from Morston and Blakeney. The Sheringham and Royal Cromer Golf Courses are only one mile away and Sheringham boasts the North Norfolk Steam Railway. Sandringham House, the country retreat for the Royal Family, is about an hour's drive away and the National Trust's Felbrigg and Blickling Halkl, with their lovely houses and gardens, are one mile from the house. The area has many attractive woodland and coastal walks including the Peddars Way coastal path. If you're looking for theatres, try the Pavillion Theatre at the end of Cromer Pier, or the Little Theatre at Sheringham. A short drive from Incleborough lies the edge of the Norfolk Broads, Britains finest inland waterway with no locks.

Getting There:
From Holt take the A148 towards Sheringham for 3 miles. Take the left turn towards Sheringham town centre. Turn right at the small roundabout and travel along the coast road from Sheringham towards Cromer for 3 miles. When in East Runton take first right turn into Felbrigg Road. Travel for 200 metres and Incleborough House is on your left, behind large mature oak trees. Turn left onto the drive and car parking is under the trees with our iron gate opposite leading into the house.

Looking for large luxury cottages in Norfolk ? Incleborough House was built in 1687 and offers luxurious self-catering accommodation for up to 16 guests. There are 7 bedrooms (5 doubles and 2 twins that can be made as doubles), 7 bathrooms and 2 large conservatories. The games room features pool, table tennis, a darts board and a games cupboard to suit all ages. The new living room is furnished with a large 50” 3D TV with SKY+HD, DVD player and PS3 and Wii. There are 7 further TVs, mostly with SKY, a DVD library, free WiFi, 8 ipod docks, a plethora of fridges and freezers plus a super-sized Aga to cook the banquets on!

Exterior Detailss
The house is grade II listed and is set in a half acre of landscaped walled gardens within the picturesque fishing village of East Runton, 1 mile from Cromer and Sheringham. Roam the breathtaking grounds, cook lunch on the BBQ, watch the children play on the lawns and in the play area, or sink into the sumptuous hot tub with a glass of wine in hand.

Don’t forget our gourmet welcome pack is always included, which includes all the ingredients for your first breakfast plus Champagne, wine, homemade cakes and bread. Domestic help can be provided (costs may apply) and 2 travel cots, 2 high chairs and a stair gate are available at no extra cost. Evening meals can be arranged - please ring us for a discussion. No stags or pets. No smoking. Minimum 3 night booking for weekends. Extra rates apply for larger parties. All prices in £ sterling and include VAT, rental, heating, gas and electricity, use of bed linen and towels, toiletries and a gourmet welcome pack of groceries. Easter, Christmas and New Year minimum 7 nights stay. Summer peak season minimum 7 nights. 30% deposit required to secure booking. Balance due 8 weeks before arrival.
