Medlar Cottage, one of the six luxury cottages, offers the highest level of space, luxury and comfort. A barn conversion in 2008 it has a very contemporary feel and it is surrounded by a haven of peace and tranquillity allowing time to relax and unwind with plenty of outdoor space for children to play and roam safely. For those who wish to exert themselves there is immediate access to beautiful walks and challenging bike rides and it is a great base to explore beautiful East Devon and all it has to offer. Given the high level of comfort each of the cottages provides, and the facilities both on site and in the area, Mazzard Farm is a great all year round holiday destination. |

What visitors have said about Medlar Cottage |
| |
| |
If you're looking for a peaceful get away in a beautiful setting a stone's throw from the sea, Mazzard Farm ticks all the boxes. Family friendly accommodation, loads of outside space and freedom to let the kids explore the woods safely.
Extremely high standard accommodation in self-contained cottages and a personal touch from Ruud and Jacqueline who are on site to give expert advice on the best places to visit and explore. We'll keep coming back and bring our friends. Wow factor and then some.
