The Terrace, Windermere is a unique row of grade II listed large holiday homes located in the heart of Windermere village, yet conveniently secluded from the hustle of the town in private grounds. Whether it's a short break or a full week, you're celebrating something or simply getting together with friends and family you'll have a great time at The Terrace Windermere! The rooms in Bannerrigg are significantly bigger than in our other properties. This has allowed us to create 2 family rooms each sleeping 4 people which makes Bannerrigg the perfect group / family home. The property is ideal for parties of 6 adults and 8 kids. The kids especially love bedroom number 4 which has 4 single beds, a large TV and Sony Playstation2, situated on the top floor they can disappear into their own space away from the adults! |

At the front of the house there is parking for 5 cars and a lawned garden. The garden to the rear of the house has a small lawn, slate patio with large teak table and chairs plus there's an 8 seat hot tub in its own stone built building.

Further Details |
The Terrace is at the heart of the village of Windermere yet secluded in private grounds. There's a great walk from the house to the top of Orrest Head (the hill behind the The Terrace) from there you can see virtually the whole of the Lake District. Available as 3 individual houses (each sleeping 14), or to rent collectively The Terrace can accommodate up to 42 people. With private parking for up to 20 cars The Terrace, Windermere is the perfect base for large groups of families or friends to enjoy a fantastic break in the Lake District. Outside the school holidays we take weekend bookings so for that special birthday celebration why not invite over 40 of your friends for a party with a difference. When you divide our prices between a large party we think it works out to be a cheap break.

Conditions of Rental |
We take a small deposit for damage. All kinds of parties are welcome including upmarket hen nights. The house is strictly non-smoking.
