Details on the area surrounding the property/accommodation |

There are so many activities to choose from, both in and around Bude. Surfing is a big draw to north Cornwall there are plenty of surf-hire shops and surf schools. Adrenaline junkies could try coasteering – or if you prefer to stay dry, have a go at mountain-boarding! More sedate activities are exploring the Bude Canal or river Neet by rowing boat, bicycle or just strolling on foot along the miles of footpaths. Bike hire and rowing boat hire are both available nearby. For horse lovers, riding is very rewarding in Cornwall. For something a little more relaxing you could go fishing on the canal or at Tamar lake and a round of golf at the course in the centre of town. And for those rainy days how about a leisure swim in Bude’s large indoor swimming pool with wave machine and flumes or maybe have a go at ten-pin bowling while the kids have an adventure in the adjacent childrens’ play area. |

What visitors have said about Atlantic Surf Pods |

Hi Verity,
I just wanted to email and say what a LOVELY stay we had on your farm!!
We loved the pods!! We loved the area and the beaches are FAB – your soooo lucky living in such a beautiful place! The farm is really lovely – such delicious food and the animals are so gorgeous (especially Rosie – love her!! I heard she was yours J) Tess is also a joy too J
I really can’t fault any part of our stay – I did initially have a whinge to your dad as I didn’t realise that there was a difference with the pods with doors and the ones with tent doors – but having slept in the one with tent doors I soon changed my mind as they were so warm!! Everything was clean and everyone was so friendly – especially the lovely lady and her daughter – I cant remember names!!!
Your recommendations came in SO handy and we were so grateful for them – you might want to add the fish and chip shop the Mermaid as we really wanted fish and chips on our first night and they were superb!!!! We also went to the Castle Restaurant (it was my husband and I first anniversary on the Sunday – perfect meal and a yummy cocktail!!) We also tried the Tree Inn (Stratton is beautiful) but they had stopped serving (on the Monday) until 6pm and so we had a lovely drink in sunshine and then went and tried the Olive Tree and it was full but looked lovely… We ended up going to the Elements Restaurant which was GreatJ and very nice food…
Thank you so so much for a lovely stay and perfect holiday memories J
p.s where did you get Rosie from – she’s so lovely and I would love to get a cat like her for my Mum & Dad J
Thanks again and see you next year!!!!
Kind regards
Sam J
