Evalena villa is situated on the outskirts of Tochni village. The villa is split into four properties; two first floor one bedroom apartments, and two ground floor two bedroom apartments. All share a beautiful garden and swimming pool. Furnished with comfort in mind, it has been decorated with charming Cypriot antiques and artefacts. Tochni is a picturesque village located halfway between Larnaca and Lemesos towns and close to the sandy beach. Nearby you can find many restaurants, two archaeological sites and nature trails. |

Getting There:
| From Larnaca airport, take the highway to Limassol. Turn off at junction 14, signposted to Chirokitia and Tochni. A rental car is strongly recommended. We provide directions from Larnaca or Paphos airports and we handle airport taxi transfers and/or car hire. |

Each apartment has its own private balcony or patio, as well as communal gardens and pool. The terrace is very spacious and covered with tiled pergola. Fenced off and secure for young children. It overlooks the fruit orchard which leads to the shared pool. Just a few meters away from the house is a private parking area with tiled pergola for shade.

The owner of this property bought this (and the others he owns) in an effort to revive rural communities and preserve the traditional houses of bygone days. With loving care, several abandoned and ruined family houses were thoroughly renovated to provide comfort without sacrificing their original, rustic character.

This is just a note to thank you all for your great kindness during our stay in Tochni. We had a lovely time despite the cold weather. The boys loved the snow in the mountains and also their riding lessons at the farm. Mum loved the donkeys in Vouni! Everyone was so kind. The village and surroundings are truely beautiful. Our house was wonderful. We shall most definately come and visit you and your special Island again very soon, when it is just a little warmer! We are still eating our Cyprus Oranges! Please pass on our thanks to everyone, Andreas was a great taxi driver and friend! Christos gave us so much local information in the Supermarket every time we visited! We loved our lunch that you cooked especially for us in the Tochni Tavern -and look forward to sampling more delights next visit.
