Pahovici is a very small village, with just 9 houses. The next door village is Spinovici, where there are some wonderful local restaurants, and you can get fabulous fresh fruit and vegetables, salads, ham, cheese, wild boar and homemade pasta. The nearest shop for fresh bread and provisions is at Karojba, which is a five minute drive. |

There is masses to see and do in the surrounding area. Within easy reach of the house you will find beaches (15km), sailing, boat hire, fishing, horse-riding, cycling and walking. The local Istrian towns and villages are well worth exploring – and many of them sell wine, olive oil and grappa. Motovun town is just a ten minute drive and is one of Istria’s most celebrated medieval hilltop towns for arts and crafts. It has an annual music and film festival which is certainly worth attending. And for those who are missing their golf, there is a driving range here as well! A wide variety of trips and excursions depart from the coastal town of Porec, which is just 15km away. |

Getting There:
| If coming from the UK, there’s a wide choice of budget airlines which fly to nearby airports. Ryanair flies from Stansted to both Pula (40 minutes) and Trieste (2 hours). Thompson also fly to Pula from Manchester and Gatwick. Easyjet and Ryanair also fly to Venice from where you can catch a daily boat to Porec (15km away). Rijeka airport is also just 1.5 hours away. |

There are four bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins). Three of the bedrooms are en-suite and there is a separate family bathroom. There is also a studio apartment with a sofa bed and separate shower room. The Studio apartment has an Istrian Fireplace and the house has convector heater/coolers. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a separate utility room. The living room is spacious and comfortable, and includes a dining table (seating 8) as well as satellite TV, DVD and CD player. Towels and linen are included.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. For occupancy of the House and self contained Studio Apartment a discount of 20% applies to the total price. Contact the owners for special offer details. Changeover day is flexible. Non-refundable 30% deposit of the total rental booking. The balance to be paid not less than 6 weeks prior to arrival. You should arrange your own cancellation insurance.

The holiday was wonderful! We had an amazing time and we thought that the property was excellent in terms of facilities and the pool etc. The pool was beautiful, we really enjoyed sitting there looking at the beautiful views, or swimming at night and looking at all of the stars! Many thanks for providing us with such a lovely house for our holiday - it was lovely!
